George is part of the Postgraduate Diversity Team at Leeds, working to improve access to postgraduate research for students from underrepresented and minoritized groups. George is part of the implementation team of the YCEDE Advocacy Scheme, which aims to support ethnically minoritized students to find a supervisor and guide them through the PhD application process.
