Dr. Bukola Oyinloye is a Research Associate for the Yorkshire Consortium for Equity in Doctoral Education (YCEDE) project at the University of York. In her role, she examines the doctoral recruitment and selection landscape for British applicants from minoritised ethnic groups. Prior to this role, she taught and supervised undergraduate and Masters’ students in Education. Bukola holds a doctorate in Education and International Development.
