Ade brings a wealth of experience in higher education administration to her new role as YCEDE Administrator for Workstream 3 at the University of Sheffield. She holds a BA in History and Sociology from the University of Sheffield and is passionate about advancing equality and diversity within the sector. Her background includes work in student experience and recruitment within higher education institutions, and she recently completed work on a HEIF research and policy-oriented project with the Department of Politics and IR at the University of Sheffield titled the ‘UK’s Women, Peace and Security Policy in a Global Context’.

In her role, Ade will collaborate with University of Bradford staff to support day-to-day running of workstream 3 and co-lead event organisation.
