This online PGR-led event will explore how three PhD students have tackled the ups and downs of their research degree, exploring the personal aspects of PhD journeys that aren’t often talked about. From crushed hopes and unfulfilled expectations to surprising highlights and motivating encounters, we want to hear about how these experiences have been navigated and the impact they have had on each student’s research journey.
The session will run as a panel chaired by two of YCEDE’s scholarship holders, Lubena and Amirah, followed by some time for questions from attendees.
